Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and providing valuable recommendations to drive business performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and reliability.

  • Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific business questions or challenges to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Conduct predictive analysis, forecasting, and segmentation to support marketing, sales, and operational strategies.

  • Monitor key metrics, track performance indicators, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, data analytics tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics are a plus.

  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role with a strong focus on quantitative analysis and data visualization.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
