Position Overview

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our client's creative team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to visualize design concepts and user flows.

  • Design user interfaces (UI) and user interactions (UI) for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness.

  • Work closely with developers to implement designs, provide design specifications, and ensure design integrity throughout the development process.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create visual assets, branding elements, and marketing materials that align with the overall design strategy.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design to drive innovation and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in UX/UI design are a plus.

  • 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects, user research, and usability testing.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.

  • Experience with prototyping tools, user testing methodologies, and usability evaluation techniques.

  • Strong visual design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging interfaces.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Passion for user experience, creativity, and continuous learning in design.
